As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer, Facilitator, Speaker and Coach, I specialize in leadership development, team dynamics, and workplace communication, offering workshops, seminars, communications assessments, and coaching designed to transform how teams function and how leaders can uplevel their leadership capacity.

With over 40 years of leadership across corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial spaces, I bring a unique blend of real-world expertise and proven leadership strategies. My mission is to equip teams and leaders with the tools they need to thrive—whether that means strengthening communication, enhancing leadership effectiveness, or fostering a high-performance culture.

My career began with 22 years in corporate leadership, leading teams in Customer Service, Government Relations, Marketing, and Sales. Recognizing the power of communication in leadership, I transitioned to higher education, where I taught Public Speaking, Workplace Communication, Business Fundamentals, Leadership, and Professional Development at Queens College, CUNY.

I am also passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in leadership. As a woman of color, I understand the challenges underrepresented professionals face in corporate spaces. I work with organizational leaders to develop and implement impactful strategies that create inclusive, high-performing teams and that reach out to diverse client and constituent bases.
